By accessing or using Atomix, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
Atomix is a design system platform that helps you extract, edit, and manage design tokens, including with AI-assisted features. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or fitness for a particular purpose of any generated or extracted output.
You must provide accurate information and keep your account secure. You agree to use the service only for lawful purposes and not to abuse, harass, or infringe the rights of others or upload infringing content. Our collection and use of data, including analytics and scan usage, are described in our Privacy Policy.
You retain ownership of your designs, tokens, and other content you upload. You grant us a limited license to use, store, and process that content as necessary to operate and improve the service. We do not claim ownership of your content.
Tokens, themes, and other output generated by the service are provided "as is". You are responsible for ensuring that your use of generated output (including export to code or other tools) complies with third-party licenses and applicable law.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations; in such cases our liability is limited to the fullest extent permitted by law.
We or you may terminate access at any time. On termination, your right to use the service ceases. We may retain or delete data in accordance with our Privacy Policy; we encourage you to export your data before closing your account.
You may not delete your account while you have an active payment or billing issue (such as an unpaid invoice or dispute). Once that is resolved, you may request account deletion. When you delete your account, we remove all your data, including your design systems, and the action is permanent.
If you discover a security vulnerability in our services, please report it to us at heyatomix@gmail.com. We will acknowledge your report, triage it, and respond as soon as practicable. We do not take legal action against researchers who report vulnerabilities in good faith and in line with responsible disclosure.
We may change these terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. We will notify you of material changes where required by law.
